Responsibilities:
Create component part numbers into the ERP system
Deciphering of customer's BOM and create it into the ERP system
Ensure BOM is updated and maintained properly
Review customer's ECN and act on changes
Preparing Work Instructions to cater for production build
Work with Program team for new customer's requirement
Perform product mock up when required
Document filing and control
Communicate with customers on issues regarding the product
Requirements:
Diploma in Manufacturing or any other Engineering discipline
1-2 years' experience in manufacturing environment
Good interpersonal skill and a good team player
Able to work independently, meticulously and with a high level of self-motivation
Good understanding of NPI, ECN, BOM and WI
Experience in using ERP system
Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Fresh graduates will also be considered
PROCESS ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
Spearhead projects to support customer requirements and operation needs
New system implementation and workflow design
Getting user requirement, conceptualization of system and workflow, coordination among various departments in development and implementation Training end-users and monitoring of process or system implementations
Conduct time study on engineering process and equipment
Source, understand and tabulate engineering equipment list and cost table
Work with various departments to map out process flow for manufacturing usage
Understand production processes and come out with solutions proposal when required
Have understanding on customers' and suppliers' product for engineering recommendations
Assist supervisor and colleagues on day-to-day operations, process and product issues
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in any Engineering disciplines
1-2 years' experience preferred
Good interpersonal skill and a good team player
Able to work independently, meticulously and with a high level of self-motivation
Good understanding of process and product engineering
Familiar with NPI, ECN, BOM and WI
Some knowledge in project management and tools

PRODUCT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
Download files from server, proofread artwork and press check
Perform new packaging assembly/fitting, product validation and design verification
Generate reports and send to customer
Coordinate with internal team members
Requirements:
Diploma in DTP/Graphic Design/Print/Publishing
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and must be effectively bilingual
Ability to coordinate and work with customers and vendors with minimal supervision
1-2 years' in Desktop Publishing/Print
SYSTEM DEVELOPER /SYSTEM ANALYST
Responsibilities:
Responsible for translating business requirements into specific system solutions, develop applications and process designs for moderately complex supply chain and logistics business
Liaise with internal personnel and external client where necessary, both local and regional sites
Provide support to in-house shopfloors and reporting needs
Provide support to the rest of the team where necessary
Works on projects either internally or at regional sites
Able to travel regionally to China, India and Europe on project basis
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or its equivalent
At least 2 years' relevant working experience in software development and implementation, involving in full SDLC
Domain knowledge of ERP, Supply Chain Services, Logistics (Warehouse Management System) will be an added advantage.
B2B, RFID and specific knowledge will be an added advantage

Familiar with SAP, MRP and statistical inventory control concept
