Spearhead projects to support customer requirements and operation needs
New system implementation and workflow design
Getting user requirement, conceptualization of system and workflow, coordination among various departments in development and implementation Training end-users and monitoring of process or system implementations
Conduct time study on engineering process and equipment
Source, understand and tabulate engineering equipment list and cost table
Work with various departments to map out process flow for manufacturing usage
Understand production processes and come out with solutions proposal when required
Have understanding on customers' and suppliers' product for engineering recommendations
Assist supervisor and colleagues on day-to-day operations, process and product issues
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in any Engineering disciplines
1-2 years' experience preferred
Good interpersonal skill and a good team player
Able to work independently, meticulously and with a high level of self-motivation
Good understanding of process and product engineering
Familiar with NPI, ECN, BOM and WI
Some knowledge in project management and tools
Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
Responsible for translating business requirements into specific system solutions, develop applications and process designs for moderately complex supply chain and logistics business
Liaise with internal personnel and external client where necessary, both local and regional sites
Provide support to in-house shopfloors and reporting needs
Provide support to the rest of the team where necessary
Works on projects either internally or at regional sites
Able to travel regionally to China, India and Europe on project basis
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or its equivalent
At least 2 years' relevant working experience in software development and implementation, involving in full SDLC
Inside sales admin functions, liaise with customers
Planning and purchasing duties
Requirements:
Fresh Diploma holder or non-diploma holder with 2-3 years' experience
Hardworking, flexible, good communication and interpersonal skills
Multi-task and adaptable to changes
